Aerial Access Solutions provides professional drone cleaning services for commercial, mid-rise, and high-rise properties throughout South and Southwest Florida.
 

We specialize in drone window cleaning, drone building cleaning, façade cleaning, and exterior surface cleaning for properties where traditional access methods can be slow, disruptive, or expensive. Our goal is to give property managers and building owners a safer and more efficient way to maintain difficult-to-access exterior surfaces.
 

The company was founded by Tanner Carpenter after seeing how heavily the commercial cleaning industry still depended on scaffolding, boom lifts, and rope-access crews. While those methods still have their place, many projects can now be completed more efficiently with drone technology.
 

Our systems allow us to perform high-rise window cleaning in Miami and across South Florida while reducing the need for workers at height and minimizing the amount of heavy access equipment around occupied properties. Depending on the building and surface, we use purified water and low-pressure soft-wash methods designed for glass, stucco, concrete, metal, stone, and other commercial exterior materials.
 

We work with condominiums, hotels, office buildings, parking structures, mixed-use developments, industrial properties, and other commercial facilities. For properties that need both elevated and ground-level work, we can coordinate a complete exterior cleaning scope rather than leaving difficult areas unfinished.

Every building is different, so we evaluate access, surrounding conditions, surface materials, height, and cleaning requirements before recommending an approach. Our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified, and Aerial Access Solutions carries aviation and general liability insurance for commercial operations.
