This Fort Lauderdale hotel had gone over 20 years without a full exterior cleaning. Positioned near both the ocean and a major flight corridor, the building faced constant salt air, humidity, and aviation exhaust, conditions that drive deep biological growth, mineral deposits, and atmospheric staining into any surface.
By the time our team was engaged, every elevation showed heavy organic buildup and dark staining bonded into the stucco. Conventional cleaning would have meant weeks of scaffold erection, road closures, and major disruption to hotel guests.

Full walkthrough to document staining severity, surface types, and access constraints. Chemical dilution and drone flight zones mapped before mobilization.
02 Custom Chemical Soft Wash 60,756 Sq Ft
Given the scope and severity of the buildup, our team formulated a specialized cleaning solution tailored to the surface type and contamination level. Applied via soft wash drone across the full facade, the mix was engineered to break down decades of biological growth and atmospheric staining at the molecular level without damaging the stucco substrate.
03 Window Cleaning 348 Panes
Windows were cleaned using a combination of drone-based application and water-fed pole (WFP) with deionized pure water, producing a spot-free streak-free finish on every pane without lifts at elevation.
04 Full Rinse and Quality Verification
Complete rinse of all treated surfaces followed by a multi-elevation walkthrough to confirm coverage before closeout.
