- Ground-Level Cleaning & Window Care

Everything the ground floor needs.

Our sister company, GLO-Line Services LLC, covers what a drone can't: sidewalks, garages, storefronts, low-rise buildings, and ground-level exteriors, using pressure washing, soft washing, and pole-fed window cleaning. It's a dedicated ground crew with its own insurance, not an add-on.

Most drone cleaning companies can't say the same. Their aviation policy covers the drone in the air, not a crew on the ground, so they aren't equipped to clean a building from the ground floor up.

- What GLO-Line is

The ground-level half of the job, run as its own company.

GLO-Line Services LLC is a licensed and insured pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning company serving commercial properties, HOAs, and condo associations across South Florida and Southwest Florida. Its name comes from the work itself, everything at the ground line, the property line, the line a pole or a hose can reach.

Ground line. Property line. GLO-Line.

Pressure Washing

Sidewalks, driveways, parking garages, curbs, pool decks, and concrete surfaces. Built for the kind of code-enforcement and curb-appeal work property managers get called about first.

Soft Washing

Low-pressure, chemical-based cleaning for stucco, siding, awnings, and painted surfaces where a pressure washer alone would do damage instead of good.

Window Cleaning

Water-fed pole systems using deionized water for a spot-free finish on ground-floor storefronts and low-rise buildings, no ladders needed.

Ground level through two stories: pressure washing, soft washing, and water-fed pole window cleaning. No ladders, no lifts, no aviation involved.

- Why it's a separate company

Ground work and drone-based work run on two different kinds of insurance. So do we.

01

Right policy for the work

Ground-level crews and work under 2 stories (30 feet) are covered under commercial general liability. Drone operations are covered under a separate aviation policy. Keeping GLO-Line as its own LLC keeps each job under the coverage actually built for it.

02

Clean paperwork

Property managers and insurers get a straightforward answer about who's doing what: GLO-Line for anything on the ground, Aerial Access Solutions for anything in the air. No blended scope, no gray area on a claim.

03

Same ownership, same standard

Both companies are owned and operated by the same team out of Sunny Isles Beach. Different entities, same finish quality, and one phone call books the property manager onto the right crew.

- The method

Purified water for glass. The right pressure for everything else.

Our water-fed pole system pulls water through a deionization process, so glass, frames, and railings dry completely spot- and streak-free with no squeegee, no residue. For concrete and hard surfaces, commercial-grade pressure washing handles the grime; for stucco, siding, and painted surfaces, a soft wash chemical process lifts dirt without stripping or damaging the finish.

Serving

Miami-Dade County     Broward County     Palm Beach County     Collier County    Lee County

Sidewalks, curbs & parking garages

Pressure washing built for the exact kind of code-enforcement concern property managers get flagged for: stained concrete, garage decks, and curb appeal.

Stucco, siding & painted surfaces

Soft washing lifts dirt, mildew, and staining with low pressure and the right chemical process, protecting the finish instead of blasting it.

Storefronts & ground-floor glass

Spot-free window cleaning at street level without cordoning off sidewalks, blocking parking, or scheduling around a lift.

Garden-style condos & low-rise HOAs

Full building coverage for two-story residential properties, no drone assessment or FAA airspace check needed.
